Privacy Policy

We are 100% committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers and site visitors. Your provided and consented data will only be used for your customer experience and for the fulfilment of orders. We have not and will never send spam and your information is kept strictly confidential between In Bloom and you, the customer. Your information is never held unnecessarily. If you have any questions about how your data is stored or used please email us at or visit us in-store.

What data do you collect about me?

Upon making an order with us, we may collect your name, address, telephone number or email address and the recipients name, address or telephone number. This is also the case for 6 month and annual subscriptions.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system – this is used to combat fraud for online orders. (We do not currently have our online shop set up – please watch this space).

What do you do with my data?

We only use your provided information to be able to fulfil your order with us or to contact you if necessary during the ordering process, and to provide you with excellent customer service.

Is the data I provide you for my order secure?

Customer confidentiality is our priority. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed or altered.

Your personal information is kept safe during the selling process (inc. delivery), out of public view. Fulfilled orders and resolved enquiries are locked and then destroyed after 1 month. Email enquires and orders are promptly deleted after fulfilment or resolution, unless we are requested otherwise for ease of future orders. The duration of order fulfilment can vary depending on the customer request and so the duration of holding the data can also vary until completion of the order.

What will happen if I don't provide you with my information?

Without your information we are not able to fulfil or deliver the order without knowing who is collecting the order and who or where the order needs to go.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card (or other method of payment), place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing or for the request of being contacted regarding a specific product arrival, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no or opt-out.

Do you share my data?

We have never and will never share your data with anyone unless it violates our terms of service and needs to be accessed by law enforcement or fraud prevention agencies.

What data do you hold about me?

Please also see 'What data do you collect about me?'. Once your order has been fulfilled, your data is held for the return policy period before being destroyed. Email enquires and orders are only kept in the instance where the customer has requested their data to be kept on file for the ease of future orders or for the duration of 6 month or annual subscriptions. The duration of order fulfilment can vary depending on the customer request and so the duration of holding the data can also vary until completion of the order.

Why do you hold my data for the return policy period?

We hold your consented data during this time to ensure the transaction has been completed. It is also to provide excellent customer services in the unlikely case we need to resolve any issues that may have arisen with your purchase.

Can I access my data?

Each customer has the right to request what data we may hold about them if it is within the return policy period. Otherwise we will have deleted/destroyed your data as we do not hold it unnecessarily. Please call, email or visit us in-store to enquire about your information - at minimum we will ask for photographic ID to ensure the legitimacy of the request.

How can I withdraw my data?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at or by mailing us at:
