How do I order a bouquet or arrangement?

Please call, email or visit us in-store. If you have something specific in mind, it is best to call or visit us to discuss. You can also use the contact form at the bottom of our contact us page on our website. Unfortunately, we do not take orders via social media.

 What information do you need from me to make the order?

  • Flower and colour preference
  • How much you would like to spend
  • If it is for delivery or collection
  • The name, address & telephone number of where your bouquet will be going
  • Personal message (optional)

How do I pay for my order?

We usually take upfront payment at the shop or over the phone. We can also take payment on collection if the order is under £30.00. We require upfront payment for purchases worth £30 and over. If you are overseas we can take payment via phone call, bank transfer or PayPal. 

I am overseas and would like to order something for someone that lives in Guernsey. How do I do this?

Please call or email us to order your arrangement - we can take payment over the phone. If you are in a different time zone, the order can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal which we send details for via email. Please note we do not call customers abroad.

I would like something to be delivered. How much is delivery?

£6. However, depending on how close it is to our shop we are willing to reduce the fee. Delivery is included in the cost of the funeral items only.

Which days do you deliver?

Monday – Saturday.

Do you do same day deliveries?

Sorry but we do not take same day delivery orders – as we are a small shop we need at least 24 hours-notice prior to when you would like it to be delivered, so we can arrange the delivery. Please note we do not take orders on a Sunday as we are closed, and therefore if you would like a Monday morning delivery, please book with us before 12pm the previous Saturday.

Could I have my order delivered at a specific time?

Our delivery driver starts at 9.30am with a specific route (starting with St Peter Port) and so we charge £8 for a specific time. 

Do you do same day collections?

Yes, we can take orders to be collected on the same day. We also have bouquets ready-made daily in the shop for walk-ins.

How much do I need to spend on an item if I would like it to be delivered?

The minimum spend is £25 for delivery excluding the delivery cost.

How much do I need to spend for collection?

There is no minimum cost for collection.

I would like a standard bouquet in water and a bag, how much does this cost?

Standard bouquets start at £30. If you choose to spend below that amount, it will come as a hand-tie bouquet.

What is a hand-tie bouquet?

A hand-tie bouquet is wrapped in brown kraft paper without water and a bag – but just as pretty!

I would like a message card with my bouquet, can I add this?

Message cards are included in the cost of your bouquet for free if you spend £20+, just let us know what you would like your message to say.

 Do you take orders via social media?

Sorry but we are unable to take orders via social media. We take orders via email, phone and in-store and aim to give each customer adequate attention through those channels.

If there is something you have seen that you would like to buy, please call, email or visit us in-store. We cannot promise it will be there the next day! If it is a past post, we are happy to make up a bouquet as similar as possible.

I would like to order specific flowers. How can I order these for a future order?

Please call, email or visit us in-store to see if we have any available in the shop, if we don’t, we can provide the closest flowers possible. If you would like to order in specific flowers, we need at least 7 days prior to when you will be needing them to make sure we are able to order them in time. 

Do you do annual subscriptions?

We do! Please call, visit or email us directly for the prices and options.

What is your return policy?

If you would like to return a plant/pot, we can offer you an exchange within 14 days with the original receipt. 

If you would like to return a non-perishable item, please bring back the product unused with the original receipt within 14 days and we can issue you a refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your flowers, please either email us a photograph or return them to our store within 3 days of receiving them and we will try to help.
