This year Mothers Day falls on the 11th March and we've put together a list of FAQs to help you order with us.
I don't live in Guernsey, can I still order with you and have my order delivered?
Yes - we can take orders via email or phone. We can take payment over the phone or via bank transfer. Please note that if you pay via bank transfer, payment must clear before we process your order so please factor in your banks processing time.
How much is delivery?
Mon - Sat: £6
Can I collect my order on Sunday March 11th?
Yes - we will be open for Mothers day 10am - 1pm, March 11th. Collection is free and there is parking available outside the shop.
How much does it cost for a standard bouquet of flowers?
Bouquet in water & bag - From £35

There are specific flowers I would like in my bouquet, can I order these in?
We try our best to order in requested flowers but it is subject to availability from our suppliers. Please enquire a minimum of 10 days before you would like your flowers to ensure we can order them in on time.
Do I need to order flowers, or will there be plenty available in the shop if I visit on the day?
We strongly advise to order your bouquet or arrangement with as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment as we do have limited collection and delivery capacity. It also depends if you are looking for specific colours or flowers. However we always make up a selection ready to buy in-store.
I'd like to order an arrangement rather than a bouquet, can you help me with this?
We are happy to make suggestions and we can make arrangements in Oasis eg trug shape baskets, small milk churns etc. Please visit us in-store or check out our Instagram for ideas so we can help you decide.
Does my order include a message card?
Yes - bouquets and arrangements £20+ include a message card which you can write in when visiting or we can take your message over the phone or email.
Any top tips for my purchase?
Keep away from heat sources, flowers last longer in cooler conditions. If recipient receives a hand-tie bouquet, ensure they cut the bottom of the stems by 2cm. Stems seal up after 10 minutes of being out of water, so they won't drink any water and die quicker!
